No changes were made to the building structure, but the community welcomed a new General Manager, Tracey, and a new Chef, Josh. Maintenance continued throughout the summer, along with outdoor touch-ups.

Phase 1 is moving along well. Tower 1 has been capped off and interior work has started. Tower 2 is well underway. The Leasing Centre is open right next door to the project with full model suite.

We are now working on the ground floor and third floor, in North and South buildings. The weather posed a few adjustments, but the building is starting to take shape.
On December 8th, 2022 partner Mike Runia, along with members of the Nautical Lands Group executive, joined Dennis Laurin, and his team from The Laurin Group as they capped off the first tower of the Wellings of Calgary. Over 140 construction team members were on site to take part in the celebration of this milestone. Energy was good, build quality as expected, and timelines are as anticipated.
